Legion Coloured Cable Ties 150 x 3.6mm T718, 100 Pack – Red, Black, Blue and Yellow Zip Ties

Legion Coloured Cable Ties, 100 Pack in Four Colours

Legion T718 Coloured Cable Ties are 150mm long, 3.6mm wide self-locking nylon zip ties, supplied as a pack of 100 in red, black, blue and yellow. The four colours make it easy to colour code cables, hoses, tools and stored items, while the compact size suits everyday jobs like tidying cords behind a desk, bundling small cables, tying up plants and labelling gear in the garage, shed and garden.

Colour Coding Made Simple

Having four colours in one pack turns simple cable ties into an organising system. Use a different colour for each device's cables so you can tell them apart behind the TV or desk, mark each irrigation zone or hose, tag tools and equipment by owner or job, or colour code stored items in the shed. It saves time hunting for the right cable or item later.

Light Duty Size for Everyday Jobs

At 150mm long and 3.6mm wide, these are general purpose ties for light duty tasks. They wrap neatly around small cable bundles, phone and computer leads, garden stakes, light wire mesh and bag closures. For heavier loads, thick bundles or permanent outdoor fixing, a wider, longer heavy duty tie is the better choice.

Indoor and Garden Uses

Indoors, they tidy computer, TV and appliance cords, secure cable runs inside cabinets and keep leads from tangling in drawers. In the garden, they tie plants loosely to stakes, attach labels, secure netting and shade cloth on light frames and hold drip irrigation tube in place. For jobs that stay out in strong sun for a long time, use the black ties from the pack, as black nylon generally holds up better in UV than coloured ties.

Tips for Using Cable Ties

Wrap the tie around the items, feed the tail through the head with the ridged side facing inward, and pull it snug. For cables, avoid pulling ties extremely tight, as over-tightening can pinch or damage cable insulation. Trim the tail flush with side cutters or scissors so there is no sharp end. When tying plants, leave a little slack and check the ties as stems grow. Self-locking ties are single use, so cut them off when they need to be removed. Store the pack out of direct sunlight to keep the nylon flexible.
