In-Store & Click and Collect

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes! You can purchase online and pick up from our Bonnyrigg store — often within 1 to 2 hours, sometimes even less. In-store pick-up is free and lets you skip shipping costs and wait times entirely.

Your order will be held at the store for several calendar days. We'll send you a reminder email one day before we cancel the order and return the merchandise.

Can I nominate someone else to pick up my Click & Collect order?

Yes. Simply add the nominated person's first name, last name, and mobile number in the 'Comments' section during checkout. We'll have their details on the order so they can collect on your behalf.

Where is your store located, and when are you open?

We're at 462 Elizabeth Drive, Bonnyrigg NSW 2177 — right in the heart of South-West Sydney.

Can I get product advice in store?

Absolutely. Our team is knowledgeable across all categories — garden, pet, stock feed, and pest control. Whether you need help choosing a fertiliser, the right bird feed, or a pest control solution, we're here for you.

Orders & Changes

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes — but only if your order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible on 02 9823 6690 or bpgsupplies@gmail.com, and we'll update the details for you.

Can I cancel my online order?

Yes — but only if your order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible, and we'll sort it out for you. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Why has my order been cancelled?

We list a large range of products across multiple online channels and our physical store. On occasion, a product may need to be ordered directly from a supplier, or there may be a delay in transit to our warehouse. If this happens, you'll be notified by email as soon as possible, the item will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

All orders are shipped via Australia Post or our partner courier. Estimated delivery times during off-peak periods:

VIC: 1–2 working days
NSW / ACT / SA: 2–3 working days
TAS: 3–5 working days
QLD: 3–6 working days
WA: 5–8 working days
NT: 6–9 working days

International orders take at least 2–4 weeks via Air Mail (and on rare occasions, up to 12 weeks). Please note: you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or other costs in the destination country.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. For the most accurate rate, add items to your cart and enter your postcode. We regularly run promotions with free or discounted shipping — check our Deals page or sign up to our newsletter to stay updated.

Do you ship chemicals and pest control products?

Some hazardous products — including certain chemicals, aerosols, and liquids — cannot be sent to PO Boxes or certain locations due to carrier restrictions. If your order is affected, we'll contact you directly to arrange an alternative delivery address.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery through Australia Post or our courier's tracking system.

Pricing & Value

Why are your prices cheaper than other retailers?

We're able to offer better prices because we pay different rates for products through our distributors. While many retailers pay the listed distributor catalogue price, we receive a blanket discount due to our larger inventory purchases and higher merchandise turnover across our retail and online stores. We pass those savings directly on to you.

Do you offer bulk-buying discounts?

Yes! We offer bulk buying options on a wide range of products — popular with farmers, hobby growers, and anyone wanting to stock up and save. Visit our Bulk Buying page or contact us for pricing on larger quantities.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us on 02 9823 6690 or email bpgsupplies@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, take a photo as soon as possible and contact us at bpgsupplies@gmail.com. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is assessed and approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

What product categories do you stock?

We carry a wide range across three core areas:

Garden & Home — Fertilisers, potting mix, soil, mulch, sprayers, tools, seeds, and more.

Pet & Animal Supplies — Bird seed, pigeon feed, poultry products, dog, cat, rabbit, and guinea pig supplies, plus vitamins and health products.

Weed & Pest Control — Herbicides, insecticides, miticides, and professional-grade pest control solutions.

Do you stock specialist or hard-to-find products?

Yes — this is one of our strengths. We carry products that most big retailers simply don't stock, including pigeon vitamins, specialist bird seed blends, grafting supplies, and professional agricultural chemicals. If you've struggled to find something elsewhere, chances are we have it.

Do you stock pigeon racing and poultry supplies?

Absolutely. We're one of the few stores in South-West Sydney with a dedicated specialist range for pigeon keepers and poultry enthusiasts — including feed blends, vitamins, medications, waterers, feeders, and accessories.

Are you a Vetafarm stockist?

Yes, we are a registered Vetafarm stockist. You'll find a range of Vetafarm bird and animal health products both in store and online.

Are your products suitable for professional or commercial use?

Many of our products — particularly in the weed and pest control and fertiliser categories — are suitable for professional and commercial applications. Contact us for advice on the right product for your specific needs.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards online. In store, we accept cash, cards, and EFTPOS. Please note: click-and-collect orders must be prepaid online — we do not take payment at pick-up.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption to ensure your payment and personal information are kept secure at all times.
