Lincon Latex Examination Gloves Large, Powder Free – Disposable Cream Latex Gloves, Box of 100

Lincon Large Powder Free Latex Examination Gloves, Box of 100

Lincon Latex Examination Gloves are disposable, powder free gloves made from a natural latex formulation, supplied in a box of 100 in size Large. They are non-sterile, ambidextrous and cream coloured, with a beaded cuff and a close, flexible fit that gives high tactile sensitivity. The box lists them as suitable for medical, dental and food handling, and they are just as handy for cleaning, painting, potting and other jobs around the home and garden.

Natural Latex for Feel and Fit

Latex is valued for its stretch and touch sensitivity. It moulds closely to the hand, so you can pick up small items, handle seedlings, turn pages or work with tools without the bulky feel of thicker gloves. Lincon describes these gloves as more durable than vinyl gloves, which tend to be looser and tear more easily, making latex a good middle ground between feel and toughness for everyday tasks.

Why Powder Free Matters

Powdered gloves leave a fine residue on hands, food, surfaces and equipment. Powder free gloves avoid that mess, which is why they are preferred for food preparation, cleaning and any task where residue would be a problem. Many people also find powder free gloves more comfortable for repeated use.

Everyday Uses Around Home, Work and Garden

These gloves suit a wide range of jobs: food prep and handling, household cleaning, first aid, pet care, hair colouring, painting and staining, handling potting mix and seedlings, and messy maintenance tasks. With 100 gloves in the box, there are plenty on hand for workplaces, kitchens, workshops and garden sheds.

Using Disposable Gloves Properly

Make sure your hands are clean and dry before putting gloves on, and choose the right size so they fit snugly without stretching too tight across the palm. Change gloves between different tasks, for example between handling raw meat and ready-to-eat food, and whenever a glove tears. Remove them by peeling from the cuff so they turn inside out, keeping the outer surface away from your skin, then dispose of them in the bin and wash your hands. Store the box in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to help the latex keep its strength. Latex gloves are not designed for harsh chemicals or solvents, so for garden chemicals and strong cleaners, check the product label and use chemical-resistant gloves where required.
