We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post, Aramex or trusted courier/freight partners.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available on orders of $50 AUD or more within a 10 km radius of our Bonnyrigg store.

Shipping Rates Within Australia
Standard Shipping (0 kg – 4.9 kg)
Orders weighing from 0 kg up to 4.9 kg are sent via Standard Shipping at a flat rate of $12 AUD.
Aramex Shipping (5 kg and above)
Orders weighing 5 kg or more are shipped via Aramex. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on total weight and delivery distance.
Bulk Handling Surcharge (25 kg+ Items)
A $15 AUD Bulk Handling Surcharge applies to each item weighing 25 kg or more.
Bulk Handling Example
An order with two 25 kg bags will include the Aramex shipping cost plus a $30 Bulk Handling Surcharge (2 × $15).

Orders for in-stock products are typically processed within 1 working day.
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders confirmed and paid before 11:00 AM (Sydney time) are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
