Richgro Hose On Lawn Beetle and Grub Killa 2L | Hose-On Lawn Insecticide

Richgro Hose On Lawn Beetle and Grub Killa 2L – Hose-On Lawn Insecticide

Richgro Hose On Lawn Beetle and Grub Killa is a ready-to-use lawn insecticide containing 4.8g/L bifenthrin for controlling lawn beetles and grubs in the home garden. It connects straight to your garden hose, so there is no measuring or mixing, and one 2L pack treats up to 265m² of lawn.

Bifenthrin works as a contact and stomach poison, giving fast, effective control of the pests behind brown, dying patches in Australian lawns. Richgro is an Australian family-owned company that has been operating since 1916.

Lawn Grub Killer for Armyworm, Sod Webworm & African Black Beetle

This hose-on lawn grub killer is labelled for lawn armyworm, sod webworm, and the adults of African black beetle, billbug and Argentine stem weevil. These pests feed on grass leaves and roots, leaving patches that brown off and die back.

Not every brown patch is caused by insects, as fungal disease, water-repellent soil and fertiliser burn can look similar. To check, pour soapy water over the edge of an affected patch and wait about ten minutes. If grubs or beetles are present, they will come to the surface.

Easy Hose-On Lawn Insecticide – Treats up to 265m²

The built-in hose-on applicator dispenses the product directly from the pack as you water, giving even coverage across the lawn. Apply the full 2L pack over 265m² for the labelled rate.

Bifenthrin is not absorbed through plant foliage and can remain active in the soil for weeks or longer, depending on conditions. When used as directed, it will not harm your soil or lawn.

How to Use

4. Connect and Apply: Attach the pack to your garden hose. Turn on tap A for water flow, then turn tap B anti-clockwise to dispense the product. Apply the full 2L evenly over 265m² of lawn.
5. Keep Pets Off: Keep pets out of the treated area until it has completely dried.
6. Wait Before Mowing: Leave the lawn for 7 days before mowing.
7. Re-Apply if Needed: Inspect the lawn for ongoing activity and re-apply according to the label. If more than 25mm of rain falls within 24 hours of application, re-apply at the higher label rate once the rain has passed.
