Replacement Activated Carbon Filters for Cat Water Fountains – Triple-Layer Filter

Keep Your Cat's Fountain Water Fresh and Clean

These replacement activated carbon filters keep the water in your cat's drinking fountain fresh, clean and appealing. Built from a combination of activated carbon, resin and a cotton mesh outer layer, they filter the water on several levels as it circulates, so your cat always has good-quality water on tap. Swapping in a fresh filter regularly is the simplest way to keep a fountain running at its best and encourage your cat to drink more.

Triple-Layer Filtering

The filter works in layers, each doing a different job. The activated carbon absorbs impurities, reduces odours and improves the taste of the water, which helps encourage fussy cats to drink. The resin layer helps soften the water and reduce mineral build-up, while the outer cotton mesh catches hair, debris and other particles before they circulate. Together they give cleaner, better-tasting water than an unfiltered fountain.

Encourages Better Hydration

Many cats do not drink enough, and fresh, filtered, moving water is one of the best ways to encourage them. Clean, odour-free, better-tasting water makes the fountain more inviting, which supports better hydration, something that matters for cats' overall health.

Easy to Use and Replace

The filters are simple to use, just rinse before fitting and drop into your fountain. They are designed to suit many common flower-style and similar-sized cat fountains. For the best water quality, replace the filter regularly as part of your fountain's cleaning routine, so it keeps trapping impurities effectively.
