Gardman Premium Heavy Duty Large BBQ Cover – Fits Most 3 Burner Barbecues

Gardman Premium BBQ Cover: Heavy Duty Protection for 3 Burner Barbecues

The Gardman Premium Heavy Duty Large Barbecue Cover is made to fit most 3 burner barbecues, keeping your BBQ protected between cook-ups all year round. It is made from heavy-duty woven polyester treated with Gardman's WeatherGard coating, with taped seams for waterproofing. It shields your barbecue from rain, sun, frost, bird droppings and pollution, and measures 110cm high, 125cm wide and 62cm deep.

Why Your Barbecue Needs a Proper Cover

A barbecue left uncovered in the Australian weather takes a beating. Rain and morning dew cause rust on burners, grills and hinges, harsh UV fades and cracks side tables and knobs, and birds, leaves, dust and pollen build up on the hood. A fitted cover keeps all of that off, so the BBQ lasts longer and is clean and ready to fire up when you want it.

Built to Stand Up to Sun and Storms

This cover uses premium woven polyester that is double stitched with poly thread for strength, with piped seams that add durability and a neat finish. The fabric is UV-stabilised to resist fading and breakdown in strong sun. Solid brass eyelets resist rust, and the securing pull cords with toggles let you cinch the cover down so it stays put in windy weather.

Ventilation to Stop Condensation

A fully sealed cover can trap moisture underneath, which leads to rust and mildew. The integral ventilation panel lets air circulate beneath the cover, helping prevent condensation from building up on your barbecue. When the cover isn't in use, it packs away into its own zip-up storage bag.

How to Measure Your Barbecue for a Cover

Measure your BBQ with the hood closed and the side shelves in the position you usually leave them. Take the width across the widest point, including side tables and any side burner, the depth from front to back including knobs and handles, and the height from the ground to the top of the hood. Compare these with the cover's 125cm width, 62cm depth and 110cm height. A cover a little larger than your BBQ slips on easily, while one that's smaller will strain at the seams.

Tips for Using Your BBQ Cover

Always let the barbecue cool completely before covering it. Brush off food scraps and grease first so they don't attract pests or stain the fabric. Tie the pull cords around the legs or trolley to keep the cover secure in wind. Wipe down or gently wash the cover when it gets dirty, and let it dry before storing it in its bag.
