Granular All-Purpose Plant Food in a 3kg Tub
Brunnings All Purpose NPK Fertiliser is a granular complex fertiliser for indoor and outdoor potted plants and most garden plants. This is the larger 3kg tub, which suits regular feeding across a bigger garden or through a full season. It combines slow-release and fast-acting nutrients, so plants get a quick response along with steady, extended feeding.
Nutrients & Analysis
It's a balanced NPK fertiliser with an analysis of around 7.8:3.8:9.6 (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium) plus trace elements. Nitrogen drives leafy growth and green colour, phosphorus supports roots and flowering, and the higher potassium helps with flowering, fruiting and general plant hardiness. It's chloride free with little or no salt residue, and the non-acidifying formula won't alter the pH of your soil.
What It's For
Use it on flowers, vegetables, potted plants, shrubs and trees, both indoors and outdoors. It's free flowing and dust free, which makes it clean and easy to spread. Note that it isn't suitable for Australian native plants, which are sensitive to phosphorus and need a specialised low-phosphorus native fertiliser instead.
How to Use
Spread the granules evenly around the base of your plants, keeping them off stems and trunks, then water in well to start the nutrients releasing. For potted plants, sprinkle the recommended amount on the soil surface and water in. As a general guide from Brunnings, feed roughly every 6 to 8 weeks through the growing season, and always follow the pack rates, since over-application can harm plants.
