7 Shape Solar LED Garden Lights for Outdoor Pathway and Yard Decoration

7 Shape Solar Pathway Lights: Modern Style for Paths and Driveways

These 7 shape solar LED garden lights bring a clean, architectural look to pathways, driveways, garden borders and lawns. Each light has a slim matte black post that curves forward at the top, like the number 7, with the LED set underneath the overhang so it shines warm white light down onto the ground. The result is a soft pool of light on the path, a sleek outline by day, and no wiring or running costs. They come in packs of 4 or 8 for lining paths and entryways.

Why Choose 7 Shape Lights Over Round Garden Stakes?

Traditional round solar stake lights glow in every direction, so much of the light spills sideways and upwards, and the bare glow can be glary at eye level. The 7 shape design directs light downward from the overhang, putting it where you actually walk and reducing glare for people and neighbours. At around 46cm tall, they also sit higher than most round stakes, lighting a wider patch of path and staying visible above low plants and lawn. And the minimalist black profile suits modern homes, contemporary landscaping and clean-lined gardens far better than a typical round lantern.

Solar Power With a Long Glow

A solar panel on the top of each light charges a 500mAh rechargeable battery during the day. After 4 to 6 hours of sun, the lights can glow for up to 12 hours, switching on automatically at dusk and off at dawn. There's no trenching, no cables and nothing to add to your power bill.

Built for Outdoor Use

With an IP65 rating, the lights are protected against dust and rain, so they can stay out year-round. The ABS housing and rust-resistant parts are designed to handle Australian sun and weather, and the matte black finish hides dirt and fingerprints.

How to Install Your Pathway Lights

1. Charge the lights in full sun for a day before installing, with the switch on.
2. Connect the post to the ground stake as shown in the instructions.
3. Plan spacing by laying them out first. About 1.5 to 2m apart gives a well-lit path; closer spacing creates a more continuous line of light.
4. Water the soil if it's hard, then push each stake in straight, with the overhang facing the path.
5. Check each solar panel gets direct sun, ideally facing north, and isn't shaded by plants or eaves.

Care Tips

Wipe the solar panels clean every few weeks, especially after dusty or windy weather. Trim plants that grow over the panels. Expect shorter run times in winter and after cloudy days. If a light leans, reset the stake in firmer soil.
